So Mike imed me asking me about whether or not Across The Universe was playing here on Friday, I said yes, assuming that it would be since nationwide release DOES imply Atlanta as well. Well, apparently I am mistaken. The below image is apparently what nationwide now means.
So due to the lack of little red triangles in the Georgia region, I will not be seeing Across the Universe. I will not be seeing it till quite possibility the dvd release. I’m so disappointed right now. I hate Sony. I hate them. I hope they’re happy. So all you people that live where the little red triangles are…. go… go and enjoy the movie…. ARGH.
On that note, I’ll be watching these videos on youtube to remind myself how much life hates me.
It’s from the director of ‘Thank You For Smoking’, so you know it’s going to be awesome, and Dwight is in it, so seriously… you just can’t go wrong. :)
Let the countdown begin…. and you better believe I’m counting down every day.
It comes out on Friday, but Andy made me promise to wait till he returns to see it, so that means I’m counting down till Saturday. He has no idea how hard is for me to wait to see this movie…
So tonight has ended up being Emma movie recommendation night. I’ve made Jenny watch like 20 trailers including: Across The Universe, 10,000 BC, Elizabeth: The Golden Era, Dedication, Beowulf, and The Darjeeling Limited just to name a few.
I screamed when I saw this trailer added. Wes Anderson is pretty much a film god in my book. The Royal Tenenbaums… Life Aquatic… Rushmore. I mean the man is just pure-cinematic genius. So needless to say, this is a must see. I absolutely love his films. :)

The trailer has finally surfaced. I had no idea they were doing this with cgi…. I’m honestly kinda disappointed. When I first heard they were doing the screenplay for this I got extremely excited, but the fact that this isn’t done with real people takes away from the dramatic element in my opinion. Although, I have to mention that the graphics are absolutely stunning, at first I thought it was actually real people. Click here for the trailer
So it was brought to my attention that a lot of my friends never saw the trailer for the movie I went to New York with last fall. So here’s the trailer, still no release date for the dvd.

I’m beyond excited for this one. I loved the first one, and while I’m sad that I don’t see Joseph Finnes, I do see Clive Owen, and I suddenly feel the need to adjust my top 10 hot guy list for him. Anywho, I love the period pieces, and you simply can’t go wrong with Cate Blanchett. It just looks amazing. I get chills from the trailer alone. :)

I just saw the trailer for this. It’s like Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, Narnia, and Pirates of the Caribbean got together and this was the offspring. The kid in me is completely excited and giddy about seeing this.
